PURPOSE:To generate no flaws on a coating layer at the time of manufacturing a tire while the coating layer is excellent in heat resistance, an aging characteristic and a mechanical characteristic to say nothing of insulation. CONSTITUTION:A rubber composite layer has essential components, tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer 100wt.% and polyethylene 5-30wt.% not higher than 0.91g/cm<3> in density, and is formed around a conductor. After that, a heat resistance insulated wire is manufactured, which crosslinks the rubber composite. |
