PURPOSE:To improve a cycle characteristic by preventing carbon powder from its separation and falling off in the case of repetition of use. CONSTITUTION:Carbon powder having a graphite structure, in which a lithium ion can be reversibly inserted between layers, is mixed with a polyolefin binder to form a negative electrode layer4, and a separator 3 is bound to be mounted onto the negative electrode layer 4 by the similar polyolefin binder. After forming the negative electrode layer 4 applied, the separator is mounted, and then the polyolefin binder is dried and heated. |
