PURPOSE:To realize positive oscillation/stoppage of an inverter by connecting a rectifying element in series with an element for triggering oscillation thereby reversing the polarity of DC voltage across the trigger element when the inverter is oscillated and when it is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A diode 13a connected in series with a trigger element SBS 3 blocks a part of base current from flowing through a feedback transformer 16 the SBS 3 a capacitor 2 upon oscillation of an inverter and allows a current to flow only in the direction for charging the capacitor 2, thus inverting DC voltage across the SBS 3 and turning the SBS 3 positively OFF. Consequently, the SBS 3 is not turned ON again even if a control transistor 15 turns ON to stop the inverter again. According to the constitution, the capacitor 2 is charged at next operation up to the switching voltage of the SBS 3 resulting in positive oscillation of inverter. |
