<p>PURPOSE:To accurately and quickly collect and send cargos by providing a cargo collection information accepting part, a cargo collection information data base, a central processing unit, and an output part to improve the cargo collection efficiency and the customer service. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a cargo collection information accepting part 30 which receives data inputted from a cargo collection information input part 20 through a public line network 70 and uses a voice recognizing means and a voice synthesizing means to respond, a cargo collection information data base 2 where customer information and cargo information are stored, a central processing unit 1 which obtains pertinent customer information, cargo information, or the like from the cargo collection information data base 2 based on input data from the part 30, and an output part 40 which outputs a slip based on data from the central processing unit 1. Thus, cargo collection is accepted without hands at any time, and the cargo collection efficiency and the customer service are improved, and cargos are accurately and quickly collected and sent.</p> |
