PURPOSE:To perform the movement processing of a document without newly generating (copying) a document main body file. CONSTITUTION:Document management information is stored in a document management information data base 1, and the document main body file logically chained from document management information is stored in a document main body data base 2. When a document moving request is issued from a document moving request source 8, a document movement control means 3 controls movement of the document by movement of document management information in the document management information data base 1 and the change of the logical chain to the document main body file in the document main body data base 2 corresponding to pertinent document management information. |
