PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a trial-and-error processing executed by an operator in order to allocate a character-string to a rectangular frame, and to reduce a burden to the operator. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular frame setting part 21 sets a rectangular frame, and a character-string designating part 22 designates a character-string of an allocation object. A character size retrieval processing part (character point retrieval processing part 23) retrieves the maximum character size of the character-string of the allocation object within a range in which it can be allocated to the rectangular frame, based on a fact that retrieval character size (retrieval character point) is varied in order, a fact that the number of characters which can be allocated to the rectangular frame in the retrieval character size concerned is derived by the retrieval character size and size of the rectangular frame of the processing object, and a fact that the number of characters and the number of characters of the character-string of the allocation object are compared. An allocation processing part 24 allocates the character-string designated by the character-string designating part 22 to the rectangular frame set by the rectangular frame setting part 21, based on the character size of a result of retrieval of the character size retrieval processing part. |
