PURPOSE:To alarm abnormality by a method wherein mounting work time is actually measured in detail, set standard time of mounting work is previously stored or simulated, and the actually measured time and the set standard time are compared with eath other. CONSTITUTION:The time which has been required when a printed wiring board 3 was transferred to a printed wiring board retaining means 4, and each operation time which has been required when a mounting head 1 took out each of the specified electronic parts from an electronic parts supplying part 2 and mounted it on the printed wiring board 3 are measured. An operation time measuring-summing means 7 totals the transferring time of the printed wiring board 3 and the mounting time of all of the specified electronic parts. Set standard time of each process which time is necessary for mounting the specified electronic parts on the printed wiring board 3 is previously stored or simulated and stored. The stored time value is compared with the operation time of each process totaled by the operation time measuring-summing means 7. A disorder factor detection means 8 detects a working process in which comparison difference is generated. |
