PURPOSE:To enable a listener to have a sufficient extent feeling from the sound image of a source musical sound by simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A subtracter 24 obtain a difference signal (L-R) from the left- channel signal L and right-channel signal R from a musical sound generating circuit 16, an adder 28 adds the difference signal (L-R) to the left-channel signal L, and a subtracter 30 subtracts the difference signal (L-R) from the right- channel signal R to add opposite-channel components to the left-channel signal L and right-channel signal R in opposite-phase relation. Further, a phase shifter 22 shifts the phases of the outputs of the adder 28 and subtracter 30 so that they will be out of phase with each other. |
