PURPOSE:To provide a frequency converter circuit and a phase comparator circuit in which no adjustment is needed by digital integrated circuit technology, the size is made small and power consumption is easily reduced and to obtain the delay detection demodulator provided with the circuits. CONSTITUTION:A reception signal is binarized by a limiter amplifier 100 and inputted to a frequency converter circuit 500 through a moving mean generating means 502, and the signal is frequency-converted in the circuit 500. The reception signal subject to frequency conversion is given to a phase comparator circuit 600, from which a relative phase signal representing a phase difference with respect to a phase reference signal is outputted. Furthermore, the relative phase signal is given to a delay element 400, from which a delayed output is obtained and the result is fed to a subtractor 401, in which the output of the delay element 400 is subtracted. |
