PURPOSE:To detect a part where skin temperature is low due to skin cancer accurately without any contact and in a short time by applying blue light to a body to be measured from a light-emitting diode and then receiving the reflected blue light with a photodiode. CONSTITUTION:Blue light W1 from a diode 4 is applied to a skin 5 by driving the blue light-emitting diode 4 and at the same time a timer 8 starts to measure a specified time. The blue light W1 is applied to the skin 5 and is reflected, and reflected light W2 is received by a photodiode 6 and a current is generated. At a specified time which is counted by the timer 8, information on the current which is generated by the photodiode 6 is input to an operation circuit 9 and then the skin temperature is calculated and displayed on a display 10. Since the current which is generated due to change in the intensity of reflected light with temperature change changes, a part where skin temperature is low can be detected by repeating the measurement. |
