PURPOSE:To obtain a fuzzy neuron chip which can easily be increased in the number of lines and the number of synapses although a parallel system which is fast in operation speed is employed. CONSTITUTION:This fuzzy neuron chip is equipped with a minimum value arithmetic circuit 12 which is supplied with signals from plural synapses S set for respective lines L1, L2... and an extension circuit 4 which is provided between the minimum value arithmetic circuit 1 and an output transistor Q3 and has an extension terminal 6 led out of the chip, and the extension circuit 4 constitutes the minimum value arithmetic circuit when the extension terminal 6 is connected to the extension terminal 6 of another chip. The extension terminals of plural fuzzy neuron chips are only connected to increase the number of lines and the number of synapses, thereby facilitating extending operation. |
