The invention is characterized in that the cleaning water is supplied from a reservoir (26) provided in the upper part of the closed chamber, said reservoir including a discharge opening (38), fitted with the two outlets, one (44) located immediately under the lower wall of said cleaning water reservoir and the other (46') located in the lower part of a duct (46) opening into the filtering water reservoir (12), said discharge opening of the cleaning water reservoir being provided with a hydraulic valve (40) designed to hermetically close off said discharge opening when the system is in operation and to allow the passage of a slight escape flow when the system is inoperative, beyond a predefined time beyond which the upper water reservoir (26) is discharged in order to flush out the system and discharge the filtering water.
