METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING MIXED GAS

PURPOSE:To enable concentration of gas which is contained within a mixed gas and a mixed gas flow rate to be measured properly. CONSTITUTION:Measuring parts 22 and 23 with a different sectional area are provided within a channel of a mixed gas and then thermometers 24 and 25 and sensors 28 and 29 are installed at the measuring parts 22 and 23. The thermometers 24 and 25 and the sensors 28 and 29 are connected to sensor circuits 30 and 31 and then the sensor circuits 30 and 31 are connected to a CPU 21 through A/D converters 32 and 33. The CPU 21 judges a flow rate of the mixed gas and a concentration of gas which is contained based on a signal from both circuits 30 and 31.
