PURPOSE:To prevent the magnetic powder from flowing out in a polygonal scanner motor for a laser beam printer, a spindle motor for a magnetic disk unit, and the like by eliminating pin holes and cuts, and covering a permanent magnet perfectly. CONSTITUTION:A rotary electric machine comprises a rotor 5 having a bracket 1, a stator 2, and a permanent magnet 3, and a bearing 7. The permanent magnet 3 contacts a synthetic resin film 10 which encloses it to form a vacuum pack. The film 10 is present on the surface other than the surface which contacts a yoke 4. This process is such that the permanent magnet 3 mounted on a porous jig equivalent to the yoke 4 is covered by the synthetic resin film 10, which is vacuumized from the rear side of the jig, and then, the excessive film around the permanent magnet 3 is removed. |
