PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of a Gilvert cell without any deterioration in the linearity of an output signal by supplying a control signal when time-division multiplication is performed without cutting off electric power supply. CONSTITUTION:When the control signal CS is at an L level, the FET 81 of a control means 80 turns OFF and the FET 71 of a constant current circuit turns ON. Then a control part 60 amplifies two inputs X and Y and multiplies them on an analog basis to output the product XXY. |
