PURPOSE:To completely eliminate the need for manual aid and to efficiently execute respective processing by automating a collecting file registering processing part and a distributing file registering processing part. CONSTITUTION:Information is registered in a collecting file 10 of a host computer from a terminal equipment and the host computer edits data from the file 10 and registers the edited result in intermediate files 11, 12. Data are extracted from the registered files 11, 12 and registered in a distributing file 13. This collecting/distributing file automatically registering device for distributing necessary information out of the contents registered in the file 13 to the terminal equipment is especially provided with a collecting processing part 4 for registering the file 10 of the host computer from the terminal equipment, a collecting file registering processing part 4 for editing data from the file 10 and registering the edited result in the files 11, 12, a distributing file registering processing part 5 for extracting data from the files 11, 12 and registering the extracted contents in the file 13, and a distributing processing part 6 for distributing necessary data from the file 13 to the terminal equipment.
