DIAGNOSTIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To enable the use of a system and a device as much as possible when a required element is normal even in the case of confirming error in a certain element during micro diagnosis to start the system. CONSTITUTION:This system is composed of a first step 101 to recognize the respective elements constituting the information processing system from ID signals transmitted from the respective elements, second step 102 to obtain a diagnostic result by executing the micro diagnostic respectively to the respective recognized elements, third step 103 for deciding the obtained diagnostic result and recognizing the abnormal element, and fourth step 104 to virtually disconnect the recognized abnormal element from the system. Since the error is prevented by virtually disconnecting the element, use efficiency is improved by enabling the use of the system and the device as much as possible when the required element is normal.
