PURPOSE:To stabilize switching operation in an AC power supply equipped with a function for mutually switching a first feeder from a commercial power supply and a second feeder from an inverter through a switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:The AC power supply comprises a first feeder for feeding AC power from a commercial power supply 1 through a switching circuit 3 to a load 5, and a second feeder for feeding the load 5 with AC power obtained by inverting DC power of a DC power supply 2 through an inverter 4. When the feeders are switched mutually through a control circuit 6, the control circuit 6 is disabled for a predetermined time by an output from a current transformer 7 for detecting a load current. According to the constitution, hunting of switching operation can be prevented. |
