PURPOSE:To make it possible to plan a highly reliable stop schedule by distributing stop plans, power system data and worker schedules to load dispatching office and power station while correlating them. CONSTITUTION:Power system data storing means 12a, 12b store compositional facilities of power system and connection thereof. Knowledge storing means 13a, 13b store knowledge being applied at the time of planning a stop schedule. Relevant stop decision means 14a, 14b decide relevant facilities to be stopped when a power system stop schedule is executed. Identical stop work decision means 15a, 15b decide works to be executed when the power system stop schedule is executed. Man-machine interface means 16a, 16b receive data from respective means and correlate the data while furthermore plan and regulate a stop schedule and input/output the regulated stop schedule to/from a CRT unit. According to the invention, a highly reliable stop schedule can be created. |
