PURPOSE:To provide a communication system capable of directly writing a message response corresponding to a transmitted document in the originating side document concerned. CONSTITUTION:This communication system constituted by arranging data bases A2 to C2 storing document data, plural terminal equipments A3 to C3 and plural work stations A1 to C1 having functions as server machines provided with auxiliary apparatuses is provided with calling means for calling document data stored in the data bases A2 to C2 among terminal apparatuses A3 to C3 in respective work stations A1 to C1 and/or among respective work stations A1 to C1 and writing means capable of writing a response corresponding to the contents of document data in the document data from any terminal equipment. |
