The tray hinges (20) and strips (27,28) are made from the same material eg recyclable cardboard in the form of a one-piece bland. The hinge connecting the strips to the tray walls can be round studs (32) fixed to the wall and seated in an eyelet formed in a web bent round from the strip. The base (1) of the tray is connected by bend lines to the end and side walls (3,4 and 5,6). The side walls (5,6) are connected to the strips by a punch line. Flaps (9,10) adjoin the side walls at the sides by bend lines (25). USE/ADVANTAGE - The strips retain the fruit etc. in the tray until swivelled out of the way for clear access. The carton can be easily disposed in one piece for recycling.
