Portions engaging with the lid handle can be provided, while the clamps can comprise a flat plate with clamping stirrups. A further flat plate at an obtuse angle to them can form the support, having a recess in which the lid handle fits. There can be an adjustable pin or arm on the support extending into the recess, and the support can be extended, with a portion on which the underside of the lid rests.
