PURPOSE:To suppress dirt due to adherence of oil smoke by efficiently exhausting by a simpler facility by disposing a Coanda spiral flow generator in an exhaust port. CONSTITUTION:A Coanda spiral flow generator 11 is disposed in a ventilator of a kitchen having a gas table 12, a ventilation hood 13, etc. The generator 11 discharges a spiral flow by an annular slit 15 through a distribution chamber 14. In this case, large negative pressure suction force is generated in a suction inlet 17 to suck smoke, oil smoke, etc., of the kitchen to be generated from the table 12, etc., and to discharge it as spiral flow from an exhaust port 16. Dirt due to adherence of oil smoke to the generator 11, the port 16 and the inlet 17, a wall surface 18 is almost eliminated by the generation of the Coanda spiral flow. Adherence of dirt in a long period is suppressed. It is effective in view of preventing a flame. |
