PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. which is flexible and has excellent durability against printing with water base ink and to enable water development by mixing a polyene compd. into which polymers soluble in this polyene compd. are dissolved and acryl monomers into which water-soluble or alcohol-solble polymers are dissolved and then adding a photopolymn. initiator into this mixture soln. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive resin compsn. essentially consists of (A) 10-80wt.% acryl monomers, (B) 10-60wt.% polyene compd. having 500-50000 number average mol.wt.. (C) 1-30wt.% polymers soluble with the polyene compd.(B), and (D) 1-30wt.% of water-soluble or alcohol-soluble polymers. This resin compsn. is useful as a material for a flexographic printing plate which can be developed with water. The polyene compd. is polybutadiene, polyisoprene, etc. As the polymers soluble with this compd. starting material rubbers such as isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, etc., or solid polyolefins, etc., are preferable. |
