<p>A flexible circuit wiring board whose structure is hard to deform even when forming more finely circuit wiring conductors protruded in the form of finger leads. Each circuit wiring conductor (2A) has a flexible insulation resin layer whose width is nearly equal to that of the circuit wiring conductor (2A), on a part of at least one side of the conductor (2A), forming a part (6) for reinforcing a terminal. Such a flexible-circuit wiring board is manufactured as follows. On one side of an insulation base material (1) is formed a required circuit wiring conductor pattern (2). Then on the top surface of the pattern (2) is formed a surface protection layer (5) in which notch parts (7) are formed at places where the circuit wiring conductors (2A) are to be formed. Thereafter, a part of the insulation base material (1) is removed at the places where the circuit wiring conductors (2A) are to be formed, by abrasion while projection an excimer laser beam onto it from the insulation base material (1) side.</p> |
