Sewage flocking and flotation assembly - has tubes in spirals with chicane flow turbulence for flocking action with reduced chemical consumption

The assembly to clean sewage, by flocking and flotation, has a flocking module (2) with at least one initial tube (16) formed into a spiral. The sewage (5) and fresh water (6) channels open into the periphery of the coiled tube (16). The initial tube (16) has inner chicanes, at least in the outer section, to generate a turbulent flow. The open end of the tube (16) is at the centre of the spiral. USE/ADVANTAGE - The assembly is especially for sewage loaded with colloid particles, as from industrial and agricultural waste, workshops and domestic sewage. The mixt. of additives, to destabilise the colloids, is more effective and with reduced chemical consumption
