A zinc anode passivation, which is generated from electroplating a zinc-nickel alloy in zinc-nickel plating solution, is prevented by using a zinc-aluminum alloy instead of zinc, which is made by adding 1.0-7.0 wt.% aluminum (Al) to the zinc, as an anode, and electroplating in the zinc-nickel solution added with 5/30 cc/l acetic acid. This method makes preventing linear defect such as anode streak, lowering electric power cost and improving producbility by enlarging continuous operating times.
