<p>Copolyester compositions are provided which comprise the reaction product of at least one straight chain, branched, or cycloaliphatic C2-C10 alkane diol or a chemical equivalent thereof, a mixture of at least two cycloaliphatic diacids or chemical equivalents thereof, the mixture comprising predominantly a trans-enantiomer, and at least one aromatic diacid or a chemical equivalent thereof. These copolyesters have superior ductility to the homopolymers of the diol component and either of the diacid components. Further provided are blends with other thermoplastic resins, impact modifiers or various additives.</p> |
