<p>Structural composite panel, characterised in that it comprises: - a panel of the sandwich type composed of a core (10) made of thermoplastic material, the core being provided on its upper and lower faces with a skin (12, 12') made of reinforced thermoplastic material; - a thin metal coating (16, 16') on at least one of the said faces of the sandwich panel and - a heat-sealable film (14, 14') inserted between the panel and each metal coating (16, 16').
