Product which, on being incorporated into floor coverings, cements, bitumens, particle boards, plastic slabs and deck coverings aboard ships and the like, ensures that they have, on the one hand, nonslip and, on the other hand, antifungal properties, avoiding the proliferation of algae and of mosses. This product contains a zeolite exchanged with a metal salt.
