<p>PURPOSE:To prevent outflow of lubricating oil to a circulating path of refrigerant, by utilizing the oil, separated from blow-by gas returning to the suction side and cooled, for lubricating a shaft seal and bearing before returning to a crank chamber. CONSTITUTION:Oil ports 43, 44, extended from the bottom of a circular concave 38 for receiving a boss 36 to an inclined surface on the other side, are formed on a cam rotor 9. Oil flowing through the oil port 43 lubricates a needle bearing 11 and returns to a crank chamber 4, while oil flowing through the oil port 44 lubricates a bearing ball 14 through the oil port 43 and returns to the crank chamber 4. As blow-by gas returns to a suction chamber 22, mixed oil collides with the inner wall and is separated and cooled in an oil reservoir 30 and returned to the crank chamber 4, so that it is usable for lubricating a shaft seal and bearing. This system can prevent outflow of the lubricating oil to a cooling circuit.</p> |
