<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a young plant body with a high efficiency and efficiently carry out mass-proliferation of its seed and seedling by inducing a callus, etc., from an auxiliary bud, etc., of a plant belonging to the genus Cytisus scoparius, culturing the resultant callus, etc., providing a shoot body, dividing and culturing the obtained shoot body. CONSTITUTION:A polyblast body is induced from a plant tissue selected from an auxiliary bud, a young embryo and a petal of a plant belonging to the genus Cytisus scoparius by passing through a callus or without passing through the callus and differentiated to afford a shoot body, which is further divided and cultured to provide a young plant body.
