PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product having excellent preservation stability, percutaneous absorbability, antioxidation property and handleability and useful for foods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc., by using spherical particles composed of oil-soluble substance, etc., and having a melting point falling within a specific range and dispersing the particles in a water-soluble gel. CONSTITUTION:A composition composed of an oil-soluble substance such as glycyrrhetic acid stearic acid ester and oil and fat such as beef tallow is melted and dropped into an aqueous solvent such as an aqueous solution of ethanol maintained at a temperature lower than the temperature of the molten mixture by 5-50 deg.C to obtain spherical particles having a melting point of 10-60 deg.C preferably 25-45 deg.C. The objective product is produced by dispersing the particles in a water-soluble gel such as carboxyvinyl polymer, sodium alginate and gelatin. The amount of the spherical particles to be dispersed in the water-soluble gel is preferably 10-30%(w/w). |
