SOLDER RESIST PRINTING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a solder resist printing method of a printed base through which registration accuracy between the printed base and a screen form plate can be confirmed before printing. CONSTITUTION:A reference mark 7 is provided on arbitrary position of a printed base 1, a reference mark 8 which is smaller than a reference mark form on the printed base 1 is provided on a position corresponding to the mark on a screen form plate 2 and those reference marks 7, 8 are matched, through which registration between the printed base 1 and screen form plate 2 is performed.
