PURPOSE:To provide a healthy and good-taste dish from a thing considered to be useless by using the body meat of a swordfish and cooking the fish meat in the same method as in SHABUSHABU (dish cooked at the table by dipping slices of meat into boiling broth and served with a soy-based sauce). CONSTITUTION:The body meat of a swordfish is used and cooked in the same method as in SHABUSHABU to provide a healthy and good-taste dish. |
