<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate a plant body of spinach from a protoplast by isolating the protoplast from a spinach having sufficient activity for regenerating a plant system. CONSTITUTION:A seedling or a leaf of spinach is used as a material to prepare a protoplast, which is then passed through respective steps of division, the formation of callus, differentiation to stems and leaves and formation of adventitious roots. Thereby, a plant body is formed.</p> |
