CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF OIL BOLT TO EYE JOINT

PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion of an eye joint and an oil bolt by providing specified coatings on the surfaces of a washer and the oil bolt respectively. CONSTITUTION:An iron oil bolt 2 having a laminated film comprising a zinc dust chrome oxidation coating or fluorine resin coating provided on zinc plating coating on the surface is connected to an aluminum eye joint 1 through an aluminum washer 3 having zinc dust chrome oxidation coating and/or fluorine resin coating on the surface. The oil bolt 2 and the eye joint 1 are therefore electrically insulated from each other by the washer 3 having the insulation coating inserted between the oil bolt 2 and the eye joint 1 and the film provided on the surface of the oil bolt 2. When conductive liquid such as salt water is attached, therefore, generation of corrosion of the eye joint 1 or the oil bolt 2 can be prevented.
