发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATING OPERATION CAPACITY OF EXHAUST GAS DESULFURIZATION EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME EQUIPMENT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simply evaluate the operation capacity of an exhaust gas desulfurization equipment with sufficient accuracy and to control said equipment. CONSTITUTION:A sulfurizing agent is supplied to a low temp. part (200 deg.C or lower) 2 to be reacted with SO2 in boiler exhaust gas. The desulfurizing agent partially reacted with SO2 and containing the unreacted desulfurizing agent is recovered by a dust collector 5 and combustion ash is supplied to a medium temp. part (500-900 deg.C) from a supply port 9 to be reacted with SO2. In this desulfurization method, the desulfurization reaction in the region of 500 deg.C or less of the desulfurizing agent reacted in the medium temp. part is neglected and the desulfurization ratio in the medium temp. part is determined from (supply mol number of unreacted desulfurizing agent)/(SO2 mol number in exhaust gas) (As/S) per a unit time in the medium temp. part and the desulfurization ratio of the medium temp. alone preliminarily evaluated on the basis of the concn. of SO2 in exhaust gas, and the desulfurization ratio in the low temp. part is determined from the lowering of the concn. of SO2 in exhaust gas due to desulfurization in the medium temp. part, As/S in the low temp. part and the relative humidity of the low temp. part to calculate a synthetic desulfurization ratio.</p>
