<p>PURPOSE:To make a metal saw blade unnecessary, and make the recycling process easier by providing a wrap film cut part, which is formed by cutting the edge of a paper sheet material into a saw blade shape, and applying a reinforcing agent made of a synthetic resin, etc., on the saw blade shape part, at the wrap take-out port of a case main body made of paper. CONSTITUTION:An extended condition case main body 1, for which a lid plate part 12, back plate part 13, bottom plate part 14, front plate part 15 and a pair of right and left side plate parts 1a, 1b, etc., are connected by folding edge parts, is formed by punching out a sheet material made of paper, and at the same time, a saw blade shape part 10 is formed by cutting the edge of an upper lid part into a saw blade shape. Then, a reinforcing agent 21 made of a synthetic resin, etc., is applied (immersed) on the saw blade shape part 10 of the case main body l, and cured to form a wrap film cut part 22. Also, at the edge side of the front plate part 15, a take-out port reinforcing part 16 and an unnecessary plate part 17 are connected by a perforation 1B, and a supporting part for peeling off 18 is connected by a perforation 1D from the edge side of the unnecessary plate part 17, and at the edge side of the part 18, a peeling off part for opening 19 and a saw blade shape part reinforcing part 20 are connected.</p> |
