<p>PURPOSE:To provide an optical blood sugar value non-destructive measuring method being a complete non-invadable blood sugar value measuring method which is not accompanied with a blood collection and to provide an optical blood sugar value non-destructive measuring instrument of a portable type such as one set can be used for one patient by finding glucose concentration in a human body by using near infrared rays whose wavelength is 0.78-1.32mum. CONSTITUTION:This instrument is provided with a means 101 for irradiating the human body with the light of at least one wavelength is near infrared rays whose wavelength is 0.78-1.32mum, a means 103 for detecting the light which is radiated by the light radiating means 101 and transmits through the human body and converting it photoelectrically, and a means 105 for deriving glucose concentration in its human body, based on a signal subjected to photoelectric conversion. The light irradiating means 101, and the photoelectric converting means 103 are constituted of, for instance, a light source 1, a grating 107 for irradiating the light of at least one wavelength in the near infrared rays by separating the light therefrom and a mirror 109, and for instance, a condensing part 111 for collecting the light which transmits through the human body and its detecting part 113, respectively, and the means 105 for deriving the glucose concentration is constituted of, for instance, an arithmetic means.</p> |
