PURPOSE:To provide a blast processing device, which generates uniform spray of abrasive grains over a wide scope and which can yield a uniform processing quantity within this scope. CONSTITUTION:In a blast processing device 1, abrasive grains are spouted from a nozzle 2 to a work to be processed through the action of a compressed air so as to process the surface of the work, and at the tip of the nozzle 2 a baffle plate 4 is installed having a number of holes 4a for controlling the speed of jet stream, wherein the baffle plate 4 is so arranged that at least either of its hole spacing and dia. is varied and that it is capable of being mounted at and removed from the tip of the nozzle 2.
