PURPOSE: To obtain an aqueous outside release agent for manufacturing tires and other rubber products which is acceptable for environment by making a composition containing predetermined quantities of diatomaceous earth, pyrogenic hydrophobic silica, nonionic surfactant, a binder, dye and ethyl alcohol, and the remainder water. CONSTITUTION: This aqueous outside release agent comprises 5 to 35% by weight diatomaceous earth, 0.5 to 6% by weight pyrogenic hydrophobic silica, 0.1 to 2% by weight nonionic surfactant, 0.2 to 3% by weight of a binder, 0.1 to 3% by weight dye and 0 to 5% by weight ethyl alcohol, and the remainder water. As a binder a mixture of two kinds or more shown in the following (a) to (d) is used: (a) a polymer containing carboxyl group of the amount at least sufficient to form an aqueous salt and preferably aryl group and its salt, (b) an ester of the above polymer dispersed in water, (c) casein and/or albimin dissolved in water, and (d) cellulose. |
