PURPOSE:To simplify structure and reduce weight by constituting a telescopic mechanism and a shock absorbing mechanism which are partially common with each other. CONSTITUTION:A lower shaft A1 and an upper shaft A2 are connected is extension/contractible manner in the axial direction and in revolution transmission enable form. The upper shaft A2 is built in freely revolvable form in an upper column tube U, and the lower shaft A1 is built in freely revolvable form in a lower columm tube L. Further, the upper column tube U is inserted in freely slidable manner in the axial direction in the lower column tube L, and a shock absorbing collar member B having a breakage engagement part 9 which can be broken is installed between the lower shaft A1 and the edge part of the lower column tube L. |
