PURPOSE: To convert heat into rotation drive energy with high efficiency by supporting a driven rod structure with a bearing on an eccentric shaft, and fulcruming a rotatable frame and the bearing at different locations on a non- rotatable eccentric shaft. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cylinders 105 is arranged on a frame 104 which is rotatable about a stationary eccentric shaft 101, and facilities are arranged diametrically opposite to each other in a rotational zone of the cylinders 105. And, a driven rod structure 110 of plural piston members 106 is supported on the eccentric shaft 101 by a rotatable bearing 109, whereby a rotatable frame 104 and the bearing 109 are fulcrumed at different locations on the non-rotatable eccentric shaft 101.
