PURPOSE:To enable efficient production of felt of good form retention with wide range of weight per unit area in high product yield with no worsened working condition in the production. CONSTITUTION:Natural, synthetic or regenerated fibers and hot-melting fibers are mixed to form continuous web. As being placed between breathing conveyors and moved through the chamber at the melting point of the hot-melt fibers, the web is sucked from the lower face of the conveyer to control the web thickness and suitably bond the entire fibers of the web with the melted fibers. |
