MAGNETIC RECORD MEDIUM HAVING THERMAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE:To provide magnetic record medium having thermal display with thermal display section having high contrast by simplifying layer structure so as to increase thickness of reversible thermal record layer. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic record medium having thermal display comprises a magnetic recording section and a display section capable of rewriting using a reversible thermal recording material. The magnetic record medium having thermal display has a structure that a thermal record layer consisting of the reversible thermal recording material (for example, a material whose transparent and opaque states change reversibly dependent on temperature or a material consisting of leuco dye and a developing-decoloring agent) is layered on a magnetic record layer. An evaporation type magnetic recording material is used for the magnetic record layer.
