PURPOSE:To operate a power steering device in favourable manner without excessively consuming energy and sufficiently cool an engine. CONSTITUTION:An integration type hydraulic pressure feeding device is equipped with a variable flow rate pump 16, feeding passage 18, cooling fan device 24 installed midway in the passage 18, PS-4WS device 20 connected in the feeding passage on the downstream side, return passage 14 for returning the working oil supplied from the device 20 to a pump, and a controller 70 for controlling the pump and the cooling fan device. Further, the controller calculates the flow rate of the working oil necessary for the device 20 on the basis of the steering angular speed, and if the flow rate is less than a prescribed value, the discharge flow rate of the pump is reduced, while if the flow rate is larger than a prescribed value, the discharge flow rate of the pump is increased to reduce the number of revolution of the cooling fan device. |
