PURPOSE:To suppress the strain of a mold by expanding an elastic mold to bring the mold with the inner face of a porous core, spraying a liquid filler to the inner face of the mold and performing the main filling in shrunk state. CONSTITUTION:An elastic mold 1 is expanded on the inner surface of a porous core 25 having a shape nearly equal to the outer shape of the objective decorated product and a liquid filler is sprayed to the inner surface of the mold with a spray nozzle 20. The mold is restored to the original shrunk state after forming a thin film of the filler on the inner wall of the filling part 8 of the elastic mold and the mold is subjected to the main filling procedure.
