METHOD FOR STOCK OF GREEN TIRE AND ITS APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve an operation property and productivity by achieving saving of man hour and stabilization of quality by a method wherein a green tire is supplied under a state wherein phase registration of the green tire is carried out according to a vulcanizer. CONSTITUTION:A storage apparatus 20 which stocks a plurality of green tires W of each size is composed of a vertically annular guide rail 22 inside a support frame 21, and an endless like drive chain 25 which is rotatively driven at a specific speed via a drive motor 23 and a chain 24 inside that. A plurality of green tire receiving pans 27 are fitted to the drive chain 25 and the annular guide rail 22 at specific intervals via a link mechanism 26 consisting of three links. The green tire receiving pan 27 is so constructed as to rotate while a horizontal state is always being maintained. Therefore, the green tire W can be taken out without being deformed under a state wherein the green tires W are reserved in each size.
