PURPOSE:To reduce a communication charge by shortening a distance between a reserving terminal and reserving center by dividing a TV conference system into plural blocks, and arranging the reserving center in each block. CONSTITUTION:The system is blocked by distributing and arranging plural reserving centers 121-12m, and reservation from reserving terminals RT111-119 is operated by the reserving center in the block to which video conference terminal VCT 141-14n belong. Also, the reservation and registration along the plural blocks is operated by adjusting the materials of the reserving center by the direct communication of the mutual distributed reserving centers. Thus, even the reservation and registration along the plural blocks can be operated similarly to the reserving center of the conventional unitary management. Moreover, the reserving centers are distributed in the system, so that the reservation and registration to the closed reserving center in the system can be attained by the reserving terminal RT, and the communication charge can be reduced. |
